We don't hire juniors to sit on Slack. We hire people who can take a project from brief to production without four layers of management.
Who we hire
Full-stack engineers (Next.js + Go), designers who can write HTML, copywriters (native English; native or fluent Polish a plus), and salespeople with SMB experience. Portfolio matters, CV doesn't. First gig is a paid, scoped trial — 1099 (US) or B2B (PL/EU).
How we work
Studio is California-based; team is remote-first — from Los Angeles to Warsaw. Forty-hour week, no weekend shipping. We cap meetings at two per project: one for scope, one for review. The rest is writing code, not writing email threads.
What we pay
Mid-level full-stack: $5–7k / month (contract). Senior: $7–10k. Designer + dev hybrid: $6–8k. No bonuses, no vesting. Full rate, on time. Paid in USD or in PLN at the day's rate — your choice.
